RE:RE:RE:Problem
SSSoooo!!!! Our reality is- that we are indebted about a million bucks.I believe we owe someone like EB 50000.00. We owe something like 125000.00 to the landholders. We likely owe directors and consultants another half million and will need at least 250000.00 to keep the lights on for another quarter. What will our dilution look like. The half million to the principles will be options. 10 million shares should clean that up. A million shares should clean up the 50000.00 loan. 2 million shares should make our payment. 5 million more should get us 250000.00 cash. So we wind diluted 30% going into what appears to be a large upturn. If you have increased your holdings here by 30%, you should be happy. If you did not. When this takes off you should be happy you held. I will be disappointed in anything less than a nickle dilutive price. Happy with anything more. Htr was trading as low as .035 and the principles covered debt at .07. So I think a nickle here would be acceptable. SP will go to dilution price. Wouldn`t a dime be nice:)))nf
