warm weather = increased performance (hopefully)Just some thoughts, feel free to add etc. I'm thinking that with the past winter being what it was, us home starts were low leading to low demand for lumber. With better weather, it's easier to build (and build quicker for that matter) which should lead to more lumber demand as the year progresses. Given this train of thought, my opinion is that this is going to be a second half of the year story. I'm not basing it on a lot except for conversations with some friends in the lumber business who experienced quite the slow down in the spring but are now busy.
