In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Goat and the Prince

This the story of the goat (PTA) and the handsome Prince (Suroco). This started out as a fairy tale and has now sadly become a horror story. Suroco benefiting from this ridiculous bid/counter bid and Petromarica blowing it's brains out trying to be the successful bidder.
As a long term holder of this company (3+ years), I thought i had seen it all but this recent chapter hs put a new twist on futility. We trade now at $.335. Suroco has tripled in the past 2 months. Oh well, we will see what the rest of the day brings as well as tomorrow morning. i would love to be a fly on the wall at the Petromaerica office right now.
