Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

BEACON

BEACONstarted buying on March 12th out of nowhere with the SP at 0.10.
It took them 7.000.000 shares to raise the SP to 0.20.
Till today they have bought almost 20.00.000 or roughly 30% since.

Now, 10.000.000 or 50% have been straight crosstrades.

They bought 4.000.000 plus at 0.325-0.33, taking the crosstrade off still 3.000.000 plus net.

Their trading has been erratic to the point of making no sense at times.
They come strong to dissapear for weeks or they sit on low Bids for days without moving.

Out of all the strange things happening this one stands out quite high.
I`m enclosing the chart since they started.
Also notice TD a solid second and ANON selling 33% of the total since..
