its a façade /  Fennel lives in the Bahamas  /  financing done 

99 % outside Quebec  /  tightly held  /  300,000,000 shares outstanding /

pretty much a scam structure where shareholders never make money /

Intimate relations with Dundee broker  and Dundee precious metals /

Dundee precious metals portfolio managers made good performance bonuses when the stock 

went stock went from nothing to over 2$ / 


shares trading in a controlled fashion /  went to $2 , yes , to 700,000,000 $ market cap

now its doesnt worth 10 MM$ , in fact not economical

too risky payback 4 years at a gold price of $1300

to make a mere 65 MM$ NPV  , it is funny

the shell makers behind and Fennell group made the cash

Same kind of story for RGD  (Reunion Gold)  I still wonder why there is gold in the 

name of that company

Nobody should gave any more money to those people and organization
