Barney, i too disagree with CIBC analysts - as silly as that may be. The divy increase is for shareholders on record as of June 30th, payable mid July. I'll take the 7.2% divy at this current price. As frustrating as this stock is, I bought more today. I now am very heavy LRE. Very heavy. I surely think the markets going to correct over the next month or two, but i would think we can surely keep our head above water here. This absolutely has to be one of the best long-term investments out there no? someone show me something as under-valued as LRE and ill take a look. Cheers, and GLTAL.
