RE:RE:RE:RE:Top Pick - Warren (Morguard) on BNNI like the company - good prospects - industrial space will do well when economy picks up. 

Fragmented industry. 


6.8% dividend to wait it out. 


Look at Boulevard Industrial REIT also (BVD.UN) on the venture. Company founded by former President and COO of Pure Industrial (who was also former President and CEO of Dundee Industrial REIT). 

I think they will take off once they start paying dividend (once they have accumulated 100 Million in assets).
