Bitter? I`m not bitter. I`n enjoying myself as lakeside pokes hole after hole into your lies.  Goimg concern clause. Yeah downplay it...it means nothing...everybody gets one - right up until the moment they get suspended from trading. then it means something. You are right about the lien and of course Precision has first standing. Look that one up. I know I`m talking to a student and that would be a student with a lot to learn about people, message boards and how to be a believable liar and schill - especially if you expect to get paid.

Keep focusing on Precision. Avoid mentioning MBI.  Rumour has it they have some VP openings waiting to be filled - when the time is right.
