The bidders at .03 do not seem 2 concerned. I don`t see anything on sedi. If you got it off TMX then it could be an old insider getting out on the uptick. Could be a head fake to shake some out. If it was a real insider I would not expect anything big being announced. The payment being made or not is huge news. So either way I believe it would be illegal to trade as an insider. There will be news:))))nf
