In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:surocoI dont think your calculations are close to correct.. Determine maximum cash that would be given upon successful buyout, Determine total number of shares that might be tendered for shares, and then subtract, an approximate gross amount of shares (in dollar terms?) that would be given up.
You can then determine the percentage of cash that may occur on a successful offer, versus
shares. Transaction value seems to be around 100 million dollars..132 million shares multiply by
80 cents approximately.  Of course there is the issue of Alentar who have said they want shares..
