Good Morning All,
It is evident, some may not share my opinion, regarding this stock. I have endeavored to be clear in my evaluation and fairness to management. Today, I will share, a remarkable "condition" which this company has accomplished which is worthy of high note and consideration. Today ABI.V is more or less debt free and about to go into "commercial production". I have clearly remarked, in the past, it was shareholders/ investors value which allowed this achievement. ( I did not or will not merit the management.....after buying stock at bottom recently , or issues, we have mentioned in the past. etc...)
Point, with all the assets, fundamentals, in place, and play today....this stock should be bought out at extra ordinary higher levels. Some have mentioned awaiting further production details. There are too numerous other examples, of real dogs, that have run far far ahead and burdened for ever with debt.. Later to become great companies. Many still have never really made "profit" money.....smile. Here we languish
Point....the enigma of this company...to me ...this should be a winner..while today it is not. Some identity just keeps selling at these levels?????? Why?
Currently, I have a little in in BGM, because technically, it will come up. The sale of BGM will be automatically ABI. Why? Very simple.
1) The title ABI is sub-undervalued. When compared with BGM which will produce 25,000 ounces of gold this year, ABI is in good financial health. Almost no debt (the first sale of 7,000 ounces of gold could stop its debt).
2) Currently, ABI is 0.08 while BGM is 0.40!!
3) There is more flexibility up to ABI starting from 0.08 BGM.
Now, here's what I'm sure. Mr. Hinse not sell 16M of shares on the market. The only quick way to get rid of them will be in a few years through a takeover. Now it remains to be seen its sales target. Remember that at his age, it can happen within 5-10 years.... Anyway, forget a takeover from below 0.20. Not profitable for Mr. Hinse. With 16M shares (which is an ALL-IN), he must have a big target $ $ $ $.
