RE:50 to 1 share

RE:50 to 1 shareGoodheart, I talked to Bruce yesterday and I have to point out one thing that you didn't mention ...that may confuse readers of your last post...the "multiple voting share" (MVS) can and will only be sold from existing common shares that have been converted by existing owners of those shares...this will most likely make for a very low availability of the MVS and as such force the potential buyers of the MVS to increase the BID...as the BID goes up more and more existing KWG shareholders will be tempted to convert their common shares or just sell them as individual shares, because both shares (MVS and subordinate voting shares) will be in lock step in terms of price...if their is ever a gap between them, it might present an opportunity for arbitrage but the time required to convert either share into the other type might prevent this from happening in a timely fashion...if anyone wants to play the arbitrage they would have to hold both types of shares simultaneously so as to take advantage of the opportunity when it arises...the main point is that the MVS demand will not be fulfilled by treasury shares but rather by shares that are already outstanding in the market...best of luck to all KWG longs...good things are coming IMHO.
