Easy answer CCB can do as they wish. The difference is CCB does not treat you like a mushroom and keep you in the dark. So whatever fits is good with me. Just seems to me a Quarry still fits fantastically.

Just as CCB had zero chance of getting a bulk sample permit in excess of 50 tons right?
