In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:Vetra might bid for the combined companyThere is something going on behind the scenes we are not yet aware of. No way there is this much interest in Suroco. There is probably info that both PTA and Vetra are aware of, likely material, that adds value to the SRN acquisition. Vetra, though, is playing a game, and has been since way before PTA got involved. IMO they are/were trying to put SRN in a tough spot to pick up the leftovers afterwards, but were forced by PTA to step up the bidding or lose out. If PTA wins, we will soon find out what deals were already arranged behind the scenes. Probably some properties locked up, or farmins already arranged. This latest news release is again very slanderous and twists PTA's statements unbelievably. All of course IMO.
