Excuse my ignorance

I have been trying to find sources online to go through the details of a "Private Placement" first one that I have been involved in and was looking to get information on what to expect, what will happen, and when; in a general sense. Maybe trends that happen and signs of things to come. When to drop the stock exactly as well. Any help is appreciated, cheers.
