Why would you complicate it by making your customer now have to deal with, and have to build a relationship with an Isign rep to be able to buy the Isign antennae? Isign doesn't already have a sales force on the ground level across Canada, and POSS does. I see it as Isign trains the POSS staff on the product, and POSS staff goes and sells it in to their existing customers. Any data gathering that takes place and resulting data sales can't happen until that occurs (several months away), so why would Isign buying POSS have to force a delay to that?
