are you actually involved in the private placement? that would suggest you got an allocation in the 10 cent round? If not, then it doesn't apply to you if you're buying in the market.

In 4 months time, the stock that was issue under PP will be free to trade. That's all you really need to know if you aren't participating in the 10 cent round
