Voting results Thought the rule had come into effect in 2013

Voting results Thought the rule had come into effect in 2013In years past directors could be re-elected with just one vote, as shareholders cannot vote against directors, they can only vote for or withhold their vote. This would allow Nordex to claim that all directors were re-elected even if each received minimal support.

For this we could (up to June 30 2014) blame Canada's slack public company investment rules.

I am asking Nordex to be forthright about this matter and publicly announce the individual voting results for each director, as well as each withhold vote and the percentage of votes against like real companies do.

McInnes Cooper refers to the date when this new rule comes into effect as being June 30th, 2014.
