The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

PTA has always delivered on what they have said... what I am impressed is how they handled themselves all along recently. - Goal of hitting 30k barrels will be a good ride to be with - Share buy back in an increased concept should occur as we gain output - and Growth Stage has just begun now. - Looking forward for that $1.00+ days sooner than expected I bought in on Friday at 36.5 after noticing TD gave PTA a low ball target of 60 cents... which I feel will be amended in about 3 months to close to a $1.00 Good JOB PTA management and have fun all.
