When?...when iron ore prices improve...presently we are at the bottom of the cycle for iron ore...

...precisely the time for patient investors to buy...buy this one at these prices and forget about it...

Very little downside here...of all the micros that I own this is the one I am the most comfortable with..
Fancamps iron ore based securities..LiR and CIA are down almost 50 % in last few months...hence the drop in price for FNC...for investors this stock is a steal at 6 cents...if you are a "trader"...you will probably have dead money til cycle moves to uptrend...therefore not an appropriate stock for "trading"
   Waiting for fills at .055 or 5 is too cute by half...take your positions NOW or double/triple up IMO...
