RE:RE:Excuse my ignoranceThats not entirely true Styless. Holders of common shares will be permitted to participate in a rights offering, from which participants in the private placement will be excluded. Under the rights offering, holders of common shares will have a right to purchase 1 share at $0.10 for every 4 shares they owned prior to the effective date for a limited period.  The only down side is the rollback which could knock the sp down a rung or two. What is great about this company, however, will be the large equity stake of management, which I look for in a company.  Shares will be fairly tightly held I suspect.
