RE:Objective Explanations

RE:Objective Explanations
Thanks for making your thoughts public. I am also wondering in the last days about the intention of Mr. Xie. I agree with you, that if he had liquidity problems, he could have simply made a private sale of some of his shares. By doing it in the open market he intentionally pushes down the share price. So what are the intentions of Mr. Xie? ... also I don't understand fully the connection between M. Xie and QSolar. He resigned from the Board, but he nominated his replacement, Dr. Zhou  (a consultant to Mr. Xie). The most logical explanation for me, is to speculate about a conflict in the Board about how QSolar will deal with the american punitive tariff for chinese solar. Mr. Xie was the one who made it possible to build the second production place in China. If QSolar intends to move at least a part of the production to the U.S or Canada, I could imagine, that there would be conflict. And maybe Mr. Xie is trying to push down the share price, so that QSolar won't be able to raise new money for a new production place in the U.S. or Canada. But that is all wild speculation. Hopefully the AGM will shed some light on everything.
