First, i say I don't really post here that much anymore as I sold a big chunk after that first (dumb) news release threatening a lawsuit.

what I am wondering is what financial loss did NexGen cause Alpha.  Do tell.  All I see is a few stupid news releases that caused the share price to fall by about half.  Did NexGen force Alpha to put those out?

anyone else find it funny NexGen hasn't even responded to Alpha.  Nice to see someone tKe the high road in all this.
