The company and shareholders of AEX have suffered a significant financial loss from the actions taken by NXE and the VPE. To me this is a sign of good management because they are setting aside the emotional/relationship issues and dealing specifically with the contractual breach that is at the heart of the legal matter. They are proceeding in a manner that is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders and that is how it should be!
First, i say I don't really post here that much anymore as I sold a big chunk after that first (dumb) news release threatening a lawsuit.
what I am wondering is what financial loss did NexGen cause Alpha. Do tell. All I see is a few stupid news releases that caused the share price to fall by about half. Did NexGen force Alpha to put those out?
anyone else find it funny NexGen hasn't even responded to Alpha. Nice to see someone tKe the high road in all this.
