Perhaps someone can ask BGM IR to comment on the land area in Tsilhoqt'in award versus the BL open pit operation...
Complete Supreme Court Decision Document -- see the land area at the end of the doc to see if it catches BL open pit...
The Tsilhoqt'in general award land area is in the hood of Willimas Lake but it isn't clear if it actually touches any BGM land holdings...
One wonders if the either BL or the route to QR from BL cross tne new Tsilhoqt'in land award... if ti does that might well explain why we haven't hear any news of BL ore being moved to QR mill and then we hear from the most reliable purveyor of information, I'm speaking of the Dude, aka his Dudeness, aaka Duderino, aaaka the long tall one, that underground mining at QR continues...
Should be an interesting month, July, and all. BTW would be interesting to know if issues with the countries first eco tourists (who like to call themselves first nation but that is just ideiotic since simply visitng a land, walkinga round, eating a few berries does NOT a nation make -- read Tom Flanagin if you doubt me claims).... would ever be grounds for a force majure in a contract and provide a convenient extension on delivery milestones...
Just asking the obvious questions.... and giving the longs a wee bit of homework for the extended long weekend... LOL :)
