If you pay 5 million for this company you would then need to find 5 million more for complete control covering present land holder options and costs for a couple years. So that is 10 million dollars total. There are companies that have no deposit and are raising millions to explore with little chance of finding anything. I will be in Idaho latter this week and B.C. the next. Looks like pretty good weather for sailing and hiking. Glass is always half full:)))nf
