New IR & Incentive Stock Option

IR ---good, seems to have a track record

ISOs, not so good, dilution to come, with zero volume this could be the end as everyone knows the ISOs due to they 50% tax brackets of profits.

A Clear buyback would suit the float better than ISOs, i am selling whos buying
