RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Denison takeover rumors floating around Howe Street

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Denison takeover rumors floating around Howe StreetThe issue with Rio is the change in CEO's.  The new CEO has really not tipped his hand on uranium.  The recent decision to cut back Rossing to contracted volumes only was a good sign since closure was the other option.  But they have jv partners here so this may have over riden Sam's desire.  I'll give an update as I see it every couple months on my infant blog.  The Chinese love a bottom so I suspect they may come back into the market with a vengence shortly but I need some evidence.  I have also heard some third hand discussion about Rabbit Lake taking a temporary shutdown as I have often mused.  The bottom is in from my perspective however.  The problem is Uranium Participation is trading almost 20% above NAV so even the safe recovery strategy is out of line.
