RE:Speaking of ifsHad much debate about this with a fellow investor respecting how most new aircraft having ADS-B already installed providing improved air traffic, weather, terrain and basic flight information and GPS. Some ADS-B models apparently also have streaming sensor capabilities. So it becomes less discernible respecting the uniqueness of the live black box and its streaming data capabilities. It does sound as though the voice communication capability around the globe may be unique to FLYHT. I then decided to take a different approach and show that perhaps it's mainly that FLYHT's system is the best package as per the following: - establishing an OEM for the most used passenger aircraft in the world - the Airbus A320 - securing the first order of 218 AFIRS units for the outfitting of 1800 Chinese aircraft by 2017 - securing the approval to outfit China's first manufactured domestic airliner to the tune of 415 units over the next 5 years - having Sierra Nevada Corp. drop the lawsuit in exchange for a partnership to market FLYHT's units in the government and military field. Clearly they believe the latter is more lucrative. I'm not so worried with future competition as we are already aligned with the world's largest black box manufacturer - L3 for commercial airlines and have re-established the partnership with SNC for the gov't/military field and are years ahead of everyone else with the STC's approval.
