Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:The bond issue is a very normal event.....I'd have to agree with dbeaude this company issued debt lower than its income with a five year repayment due. Big corporations do this all the time if they didn't they'd use up money on hand and that would prevent them growing interest or building other projects. I don't get why people have problems with this company!? This stock isn't going to be one of those stocks that jumps 3 dollars in one week but will do it gradually and that I understand alot of people song have the patience for. However if you have extra cash that you can forget about for an year this company should reward better than a GIC or high interest saving account would so be happy with that! For those discouraged in buying this stock from reading previous post don't be its a solid company with a aggressive growing strategy which can be frightening to some people but if you have the balls should pay handsomely. Huge buy rating is what id give this stock
