Iran and Turkey would be very uncomfortable with an independent prosperous Kurdistan show casing a path to independence to their Kurd population.
Sunnis would like control of Iraq as they are used to since departure of Brits. I don't think independence is at all wanted by Sunnis as they would be left with no oil.
