RE:RE:Should shareholders sue Rocksource?

RE:RE:Should shareholders sue Rocksource? If your going to sling $&$&& get your facts straight. It's Rockstone . The report was paid for by Zimtu who,is a shareholder of WPX and has board members on both WPX and Zimtu. The "insiders" two of them sold a nominal amount if their respective total holdings. Furthermore, due to an article written by the globe and mail about this issue the securities regulator investigated the company based on allegations of manulipation. They cleared management and Zimtu. So by all means go ahead and sue them . You'll just waste your own cash.. If you have lost money on this stock you have no one to blame but yourself. Investor beware ? Speculative mining Junior? What did you expect? If you follow AB you will feel plenty more pain and anguish..it's all he can contribute to this board.. Will the mine get built? They have enough cash to ride out 2yrs of burn without a deal so at least there a cushion to sit back on if the right deal just is just not for the best of the shareholders. Selling out at a discount is not of any benefit to any of us. I'm happy to wait and ensure the best deal possible. If they mess it up .. So be it.. Investing in these JR's is speculative gamble at the end of the day.
