RE:Stock OFFERINGSherbrooke, BXE could be considering so many things. I've noticed several O&G companies starting or buying their own drilling and maintenance firms to bring costs down. Frankly I don't see them needing more drilling sites as they have so many.

I agree that a gas facility would be easy to finance and interest rates are low.

I also don't think this management team is filled with rip off people. I expect something accretive.
