RE:RE:RE:MIXED UPDATE

RE:RE:RE:MIXED UPDATEwhat makes me very uncomfortable is that the $45M is the known amount - FOR NOW - what is the unknown amount to get to full capacity?  They have left this wide open without any clarity or ballpark figure.  There are a number of uncertainties that will weigh on the stock in the coming days/weeks.....

Will they cut the dividend further?

Will there be additional cost overruns on top of the $45M just announced once the known amounts are announced later in Q3?

Will they meet the schedule or will there be further delays?

How much is the unknown amount to get to full capacity for the minor bottlenecks?

When in 2015 will they get to full capacity? (They way I read it - it's almost as if they are giving themselves ALL OF 2015 if need be to get to full capacity....this would be another year of lost cashflow potential and further increase the payback period)

Will a buyer pay $400M for NATO or build their own for $150M?

Have they lined up additional customers - whats the status on that?

......very dissapointed in this stock.
