I knew all along that it was coming, I was just hoping that it would be at the .75 level vs the .33 level. Regardless, will heavy insider buying of the offering and the rest cobbled up by institutions- yields a very bullish scenario in my opinion. Will they use some of proceeds to get rid of Yorkie-- it would be nice! This places a nice bottom in share price. Caza is going to be a star- we will just have to deal with the added dilution. I now believe that on a fully diluted basis containing options, warrants, Yorkie that will approach 290 million when all said and done down the short road ahead. With additional working capital and great well results the stock will have wings to fly . remain extremely bullish towards near term upside potential. strong buy
