The only thing I saw this morning out fo CIBC was for Institutional investors not retail and it was a "sector perform" downgraded from "sector outperform"
FYI CIBC was in bed with Orange so not surprising they downgraded.
I can wait as long as they don't slash that dividend.  Another buyer is out there I hear.
