ISS Recommends Suroco Sharesholders vote AGAINST the Pta arrISS Recommends Suroco Sharesholders vote AGAINST the petroamerica arrangement.... ISS switching sides again, At this point, just hope PTA's management get away from all this, this is beginning to stink way too much, adding the fact that we'll still have to deal with those clown (Vetra) after the merger. Let's just found another company. Way too much greedy crow lurking around this one trying to fill their own Pocket on the PTA's deal. Don't overbid, just wait till vetra wins the bid at their "Superior" 83 cents offer, after that, Vetra'S going to screw all the SRN's shareholder by decreasing their offer by half once PTa's gone out of the picture and get our 4 Millions bucks and go somewhere else. By trying to get everything, SRN's Management will hand up with nothing... anyway, just a Pov... Imo
