Looks like the market valued the permits at .06 cents, there should be a financing announcement soon, one would hope the market will value that higher, if it includes a partner, rights offering, banks etc, need to get that market cap higher or we (me) gets washed out! 10 to 1 rollback, over a 100million market cap don't get too diluted. How does it get there?
