In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:PTA Could play this game with much more dexterity!ANBCA you are so right !!.  Petroamerica could bury Vetra's offer simply by the share prce rising to $.40.  I am sure they are aware of this and plan to bring out the heavy artillary next  week like they did last Friday.  Many ways to do that as you can imagine.  The simple way is to get the "Big Boys" to start buying the  available asks in large quantities towards the end of next week.  It worked last Friday. Another way is to release all of the news that they can get their hands on that will bolster the SP and yes possibly your idea of a dividend would work very well.
