RE:RE:ACTC MODEL. AVAILABLE FOR RVX?

RE:RE:ACTC MODEL. AVAILABLE FOR RVX?We'll see what the share price does today.  It might take the markets a while to digest what this latest news means.  Not everyone is as familiar with Dart and with the earlier Citibank loan as we are - it gives us a leg up on what it all means.  Other investors will take time to figure that out, if they ever do take the time to do so.

We have some very powerful pieces of news in the recent past:

1.  This new favorable financing for Re-MACE.  And huge continued and respectful support from Mr. Dart.
2.  Direct investment of personal funds by company management and directors a few weeks ago.  That's huge - something we have wanted to see for years and years.
3.  Deep pockets being proved again and again by both Dart and Johann - support always there when we need it.  And that support has proven repeatedly to be very, very respectful of management and of existing shareholders in general.

Eventually new investors will be taking notice.  They will be helped along by some additional news that I suspect we will be hearing soon - the diabetes results being the most imminent news with also the highest chance of being positive news (since they seemed to have hinted about that yesterday in the news release).

Mr. Dart seems to be a wonderful friend of what I call "The Idea" and also ideamakers.  His investment in Resverlogix and Zenith has been very respectful repeatedly of both management and existing small shareholders.  I personally think it evidences a man who is very respectful of ideamakers.  Many large financiers tend to want to steal the ideas of other people - to run little companies into the ground so that they can walk off with the prize.  That does not seem to be Mr. Dart's M.O. here.  Instead, he seems to be supportive of the people that created this company and the innovative technology behind it.

In the end, I think he will earn a very good profit here.  But it is a profit from joining hands with the creators of the new idea - not be destroying them and stealing it.

That's something I admire a lot.
