Disregarding Kherson for a while, do you not admit that this whole NATO exercise has been one giant fckup? I mean, almost doubling the construction cost? It was touted as a great cash flow producer, but on a per/share basis, the benefits to shareholders have been all but wiped out. Now it looks like they will be forced to sell it, just so the huge addition to the debt doesn't bring the whole company down. How is that anything but negative?
