I think management should not pay a dividend this quarter. The cost of them having to borrow the over 200 million additional dollars will ultimately cost the shareholders significantly more then just passing on the dividend for one quarter. This wizards can make 200 million of debt into 400 million, through exchange losses, interest, and bad investment decisions. Management should also pass on their paycheck this quarter, so that we are all in the same boat. The investors have real skin in the game and management is so busy looking at ways to increase their compensation they had forgot about the plant and production. We don't need an accountant to justify how COS is capable to carry more management imposed debt, paying a dividend would go against their policy of no hedging, because of a strong balance sheet. We should hire a accounting firm to keep the books and fire all the management
