I believe the new owner of the town had a few disputes with Avanti, that was a couple of years ago, not sure what the relationship is now. Avanti is planning on having accommodation on site. The silver stream should reduce the size of the rights offering which will reduce dilution that should be priced in before the issue. Looking good.
