RE:RE:What Happened ??

RE:RE:What Happened ??I thought that companies had a 7-10 day grace period for reporting material information and changes to the company. In other words, this could have been completed already but the company is under no obligation to release news until the last day of the requirements by law. It's not unusual for a company to delay releasing news until the last day of their grace period For me I doubt if there is any renegotiation of the share price portion. Fab all wouldn't have signed up without knowing some of the Affinor long term plans and where the share price was supposed to be headed. Anyone who thought the share price would remain at $1.00 without any further news isn't thinking straight.
