RE:RE:RTK is handcuffed....

RE:RE:RTK is handcuffed....Yes, shares appear to be under valued, but are they? RTK trades where it trades for good reasons, and I would like to know and understand why. For example, RTK was in the Peace River Arch before Kelt, and Kelt, along with everyone else,  has eaten RTK's lunch there, largely because RTK didn't or couldn't raise the funds (due to its depressed valuation below NAV) for acquisition of land and or production with upside.  Consequently, RTK appears to have always run up against its lines of credit, attempting to grow exclusively with the drill bit. While there has been some growth in production and the share price, the pace has been very slow compared to its peers. Something is definately wrong, and I am not sure what it is, however, if it is management, then the board should do something about it.
