I agree with your assessment. I mentioned that possibility before. I don't see why Anto would not work in its own best interest and take over DM by taking over the ownership interest in TMM when DM runs out of money to fund itself again and again. Short of a buyout (which is gambling) or a good PFS(possible), Im not sure why i would want to own a position in bad management and a very high probability of dilution.
However, as a caveat there is a possibility of DM eventually finding that missing nickel and it seems they got really close this last year before running out of money. That find would give DM real value.
