RE:RE:STKSince Crane and Co. Threw out the management that acquired the Edwards and had held the company together through adverse times for years he have poured money primarily into the Edwards with not one ton of milled ore to show for it. Crane knows nothing about mining. His board knows nothing about mining. So even though they have a super property years have expired and somewhere around $6 - 7 million (just an educated guess) has been blown. Why did Crane pour several million in even though he knew squat....he took very bad advice. Who gave him this advice? Likey a ner do well lame duck electrician who has dominaed every move. Crane has no reliable knowledgeable mining stzff. Get this. A super mining guy with global financial connections shows up.?? offers to help bring in the Edwards and Crane declines his offer! We would all be sitting pretty now but for Crane. So, having quute a bit of stock I decided to see if I coulddo something as just a shareholder. I have associates in the business and I know the Edwards. A jr tgat I have contacted has agreed to take a serious look at the Edwards. We may have access to financing but only with a change of management. If we can get a new management set in place and a verbal committal from our financial group to come in with the new management team in place we will make(I hope) an offer to Crane that he can't refuse. I am doing my best here and hope that shareholders will support me when the time come that I can lay out just who is invol ed. If I disclose my contacts bozo will be on the phone to tbem and literally destroy the whole plan I suxpect. This clown has ruined practically everything he has ever meddled with. Who would finance Strike now with the history they have displayed. When Crane got Stike we weretrading around $0.20. So first order of business is new management. That will be easy I suspect if we get a financial commitment based on the new management. Hoping for the best. No guarantees.
