Latest National Inflation Association Newsletter Update!

Latest National Inflation Association Newsletter Update!

Yesterday was a catch-up day for NIA's Levon Resources (LVNVF). Last week, the U.S. market closed early on Thursday and was closed on Friday - while the TSX in Canada remained open. Levon Resources (TSX: LVN) in Canadian trading rallied into the close on Thursday and was the TSX's #1 most active stock and #1 largest percentage gainer on Friday.

LVNVF in U.S. trading finished yesterday up 32.5% to $0.40 on HUGE volume of 892,730 shares, which was 8X its average U.S. daily trading volume. While allowing LVNVF to catch up, LVN took a breather and finished down 6.5% to $0.43 on strong volume of 2,539,881, which was 5X its average TSX daily trading volume.

NIA is 99.99% sure that LVN is about to resume its rally. Anybody who wanted to take profits, already sold yesterday - and unfortunately they'll probably be reentering very soon when LVN breaks $0.50 per share, which could occur as soon as today or tomorrow. As soon as LVN breaks $0.50, we could see it rapidly explode to a minimum of $0.69 per share.

Why is $0.69 the very minimum we expect LVN to rally to in the upcoming days? The absolute lowest valuation we can picture LVN trading for now that word is beginning to spread about it - is a valuation for its indicated silver resource of 1% the latest price of silverSilver is up again this morning and just hit $21.20 (CAD$22.64) per oz.

This means LVN's 423.5 million ounce indicated silver equivalent resource deserves a very minimum rock bottom valuation of $0.212 (CAD$0.226) per ounce, which would give LVN an enterprise value of $89.78 (CAD$95.71) million. After adding to that LVN's enormous cash position of CAD$41.69 million - the absolute lowest market cap LVN should be trading with is $137.4 million. With 199.85 million shares outstanding, this means LVN's absolute lowest share price should currently be $0.69 per share.

LVN is about to release its updated silver resource any day now. Since its latest silver resource update in June 2012, LVN has drilled 71 new core holes, an increase of 35%. What will make this resource update especially significant is the fact that LVN recently acquired the high-grade Aida Claimlocated at the very center of its Cordero Silver DistrictLVN now owns 100% of the Cordero Silver District and has focused its recent drilling on its newly acquired Aida Claim, which will allow LVN to combine all of its previous drilling zones into one HUGE new silver resource. NIA conservatively expectsLVN's silver equivalent resource (including gold converted to silver using a gold/silver ratio of 63) to increase any day now to 500 million indicated ounces.

In addition, NIA expects silver to rise to a very minimum of $25 (CAD$26.69) per oz over the next 30 days. If silver rises to $25 (CAD$26.69) per oz andLVN announces an updated silver equivalent resource of 500 million indicated ounces, using the same rock bottom multiple of 1% the price of silver - LVNcould rapidly reach an enterprise value of CAD$133.45 million, which would give it a market cap of CAD$175.14 million, and a share price of $0.88 per share.

By year end, NIA believes silver could rise as high as $37 (CAD$39.50) per oz. If so, LVN's multiple will probably rise to a minimum of 2% the price of silver. If LVN's resource increases to 500 million indicated silver equivalent ounces, with its valuation multiple rising to 2% the price of silver, with silver rising to $37 per oz - LVN could finish 2014 well above $2 per share.
