It's a bargain at this price level IMO. Inordinate interest rate fears & tax loss selling pushed it lower than it deserved to go. There is very little down side risk unless you think interest rates will skyrocket. If interest rates inch up only moderately & slowly as I'm expecting, then there should be a lot of upside here. GLTA
