RE:RE:RE:RE:Whatever happened to the Ontario government planOne wonders if their precarious financial situation could exclude them from a large contract such as the province - as you said it would go to a bank. Might not they then partner with a bank - they have the system and the bank has the credit? Perhaps they would give up half the company in return for credit backing. In light of the Government of Canada mandating all municipalities and provinces switch from cheques to electronic payment by April 2016 (SCG press release Mar. 6/14) there would be more than enough to go around.
