Good post Stack, I'm with you. 

I know that there is no school for CEOs, but the very worst thing that a CEO can do is to overpromise and underdeliver and yet the vast majority of CEOs (especially for small caps)  do it constantly. I think there is big upside potential with VFX, but the CEO has to learn from his mistakes.  Time will tell.
